NEW holiday house of Stijepo Miljanić is situated by the crystal clear sea (about 10 m from the house) and it is only 200 m away from the centre - ancient Cavtat. We are open the whole year.

WELLCOME TO CAVTAT

Cavtat is cultural, historical and tourist centre of the Konavle region. It is situated 17 km southern of Dubrovnik. It is a small town with a pleasant Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation, rocky shores and long history.

We are glad to offer you the accommodation and give you an opportunity to spend your holidays in our NEW HOUSE which has built in 2002. year with a 30 - bad capacity.
Holiday house of Stijepo Miljanić is situated beside the crystal clear sea (about 10 m from the house) and it is only 200 m away from the centre - ancient Cavtat.
Own parking is in front of the house and you can see your car from balcony of every room and apartment.
All rooms and apartments are with a beautiful view of the sea. Rooms are 22 m2 large double - bedded and three - bedded with own bathroom and balcony.
Five apartments (four - five persons) are comfortable and type of gallery with balcony, kitchen, bathroom (4 m2), living room is 20 m2 large and room witch is situated on the gallery above the living room is 12-16 m2 large. There are SAT-TV and air-condition in three apartments. We serve breakfast for 5 euro per person.
